Deleting Your ConvoLive Account

We respect your privacy and make it easy to request deletion of your account and associated data from ConvoLive.

To request deletion of your account and all personal data:

  1. Email us at: team@convolive.com
  2. Include the following information in your email to verify your identity and help us process your request:
    • The email address you used to register in ConvoLive
    • Your full name (optional but helpful)

Once we receive your request, our team will process the deletion within 30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and associated data have been deleted.
